We Have A 3-Step Process To Admit Patients Into Our Sub-Acute Facility:
STEP ONE
Request your doctor to send Bonheur Sub-Acute a letter of motivation for admission.
STEP TWO
Bonheur Sub-Acute will send a registered nurse to the patient’s hospital bed to assess their needs.
STEP THREE
On admission, the length of stay is determined with the physiotherapist, medical doctor and relevant medical aid.
